We help mothers beat exhaustion + optimize hormones using functional nutrition.
Prenatal, Postpartum, + Perimenopausal care.
At well-behaved, we are mothers first. So our approach begins with “been there, get that.” We also use functional nutrtion fundamentals, including functional testing (metabolic, gut, and hormonal tests), personalized (and reasonable!) protocols, root-cause work, and a whole-body approach to your body and environment.
No matter how much you sleep, you’re exhausted.
Your days are fueled by caffeine and dry-shampoo.
You left your sense of self somewhere between carpool and the fourth “URGENT” email this morning.
You crash by 11 AM…. or 2 PM.
You don’t eat that much, you move consistently, and somehow the scale is going up.
You had something really important to say, and you just forgot.
Your doctor says your labs look great.
You whisper to yourself “WTF” as you’re packing lunches, and wondering if this is just the way it is now… This is just aging + motherhood.
It isn't. Exhaustion this persistent has causes: nutrient depletion, blood sugar swings, stress hormones, gut health, shifting estrogen and progesterone.
You’ve been pouring everything out - now let’s put some back in.
So what's the problem???
WHY DO WOMEN
WORK
WITH US?
We both hold Master's degrees in Clinical Nutrition + Integrative Health. We are both certified health and well-being coaches.
Elizabeth is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist.
Jacquelyn also holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics.
Together, we have close to 30 years of experience in the health and well-being space.
We’re not just another weekend hormone coach or moms who want to help moms. We have clinical expertise and decades of experience.
And with that education, experience, and living life itself - we take an approach that is fully personalized to you, works + is attainable.
We understand (and admit to) having a day (or week) where all you can muster up is drive-thru dinner, eating too late & having a beverage or two when you get home.
We understand being in the depths of postpartum and having a toddler to take care of.
We understand spending weekends at the ball field and having to live off of concessions.
We understand laundry never being completely done, barely getting a shower - and, ‘did I brush my teeth this morning?’
We understand having a tight schedule of waking up, working out, pouring yourself into work, and not having quite enough space to meal prep and take care of ourselves.
We understand always feeling like we “should” be doing something - something typically defined by someone or something else.
We understand identities shifting as life changes, and who we used to be may not be who we are now, and that can be difficult to accept.
And that’s why we created well-behaved.
Not to encourage “good” behavior (because let’s be honest, that’s NO fun).
But to define what well-being looks like for us, and behave exactly so.
